Welcome to Highlands Elementary!
We are so excited to help welcome you and your students to Highlands Elementary! The Highlands Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) is committed to our mission to positively impact, support, and enhance the overall learning environment at Highlands. As a part of that mission, we seek to strengthen the relationship between home and school by connecting you with information and creating community-building events.
The annual family contribution is $50 per family. This helps us to support teachers and staff,
fund programs and activities, and build a strong school community at Highlands.
