The Highlands PTO is committed to transparency in our financial support and decision making. 

 

Highlands FY23-FY-24 BUDGET

 

PTO Reimbursements can be submitted in two ways:
-Printable Reimbursement Form: please print this PDF, complete the form, attach receipts and then submit to the PTO mailbox at school
 
-Online Reimbursement Form: follow this link, complete the form, attach photos of receipts and submit online. 
 
Tax will NOT be reimbursed. If you wish to avoid paying tax for an expense, please complete the tax exempt form below and submit it with your purchase.
 
Please note that staff appreciation meals will be reimbursed up to $60.
Please allow for 7-10 business days for your reimbursement check to be processed.

 

 If you would like to use the Highlands PTO's Sales Tax Exempt when making purchases on behalf of the PTO.  We also have tax exempt numbers at Office Depot and Wal-Mart.
