PTO Reimbursements

Reimbursements can be submitted in two ways:

 

Online Reimbursement Form: Please follow this link, complete the form, attach photos of receipts and submit online. 

- Printable Reimbursement Form: Please print this form or pick up a copy in the school office, complete it, attach receipts and then submit to the PTO mailbox in the school office. 

 

Sales tax will NOT be reimbursed. If you wish to avoid paying tax for expenses, please submit this ST3 Certificate of Exemption Form, as is, to the seller at the time of purchase.
 

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 days for your reimbursement to be processed and an additional 7-10 days to receive your reimbursement check.
